6 cup raspberry sherbet
6 cup lime sherbet
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Soften the lime sherbet for the watermelon's rind but don't soften it too much. Take a large mixing bowl and spread lime sherbet evenly around the inner surface of the bowl. Freeze until hardened (about 6 hours).
2. Soften raspberry sherbet and add in chocolate chip for the watermelon's seeds. Mix well. Place raspberry sherbet inside the lime sherbet. Freeze for another six hours or until hardened.
3. Before serving, place mixing bowl in a pan of hot water for 2 to 3 minutes. Invert tray to get your watermelon ice cream bombe!
