  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Gram flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Hot oil
  • 3 piece Red chilies
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch Fennel seeds

1. Mix rice flour, gram flour and salt together

2. Pour hot oil the the flour mixture and mix well

3. Grind the red chili, garlic and fennel seeds into a paste

4. Filter the paste and mix them with the flour dough

5. Place the dough in a dough ribbon cutter

6. Deep fry the ribbon Pakoda until golden brown
