Ingredients

  • 2 cup Rice
  • 100 gram Pork
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 5 whole Mushrooms
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Ponzu

1. Cook the rice. Chop the onion and garlic into smaller pieces.

2. Saute the mushrooms and pork with a little soy sauce, ponzu and oil.

3. Add in the garlic and onions and fry it over medium heat. Add the rice and eggs and fry together.

4. Sprinkle salt and pepper to adjust the taste.

5. Cut the spring onions. Sprinkle on top of the fried rice to finish off. Serve.
