  • 4 whole Egg yolk
  • 175 gram Fine sugar
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 700 gram Tapioca flour

1. Beat the egg yolks with fine sugar until they are creaming

2. Boil the coconut milk, sugar and salt. Let it cool down

3. Mix the tapioca flour with the egg mixture. Pour in the coconut milk and mix again. Repeat this step until the flour and milk finishes up

4. Cut the dough with a cookie cutter

5. Bake them at 160degrees C for 15minutes
