  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 heaping tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1-2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

1. Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and set aside. In a another bowl add egg and beat it well. Then add in all the rest of wet ingredients and mix well. Pour this wet mixture into the dry mix and mix well with electric hand mixer.

2. Next add in chocolate chips and mix gently. Line up a muffin tin with paper cupcakes and fill them with mixture. Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 12 mins. After 12 mins flip the pan and bake for another 12 mins. Enjoy!
