The Caprese Salad which everyone is familiar with can be transformed stylishly to look like a Christmas Wreath. For those who are watching their health or weight but do not want to miss out this festive season, try this healthy dish out! If you are extremely health-conscious, you may opt to use less cheese.

1 packet Fresh Mozzarella
2 piece Tomato
6 leaf Basil
6 small Olives
6 small Roasted Walnuts
1 bunch Greens for salad
1 bunch Red and yellow cherry tomatoes, yelow paprika
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 dash Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Wash and drain greens for salad. Cut off tomatoes’ stems, and cut into 4 pieces.
2. Cut Mozzarella in half, and slice into 5mm pieces.
3. On a large plate, arrange greens to resemble a wreath, and decorate with tomatoes, basils, Mozzarella, olives, and walnuts.
4. To add a special touch to your salad, decorate with red and yellow cherry tomatoes, yellow paprika cut in star shapes (using a vegetable cutter), and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle some extra virgin oil over.
