1 pound thick bacon
4 can precooked beans
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1 can beef broth
1 cup home made barbecue sauce
4 tablespoon homemade rub
1. Put the bacon in a pan placed on grill and cut into medium size pieces. Sear it up for some time and don't burn it.
2. Take a big pot and add in home made barbecue sauce, precooked beans, molasses, beef broth. Stir well and add in the homemade rub. Stir it again.
3. Now put in the bacon into the beans mixture and place the pot on grill. Give a good mix and let it cook for 2 hour. Check after 1 hour, stir and then cover it again. Place it in a serving bowl when done and sprinkle shredded cheese. Serve hot! Enjoy !
